At BrickVivid, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your building block toys purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be:

∙ Unopened in original sealed packaging

∙ Undamaged with all parts included

∙ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/email)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept:

Opened building sets with broken seals

Customized/personalized products

Clearance/sale items (marked “Final Sale”)

3. Return Process

a. Contact our support team at BrickVivid01@Gmail.com within 30 days to initiate return.

b. Pack items securely in original packaging.

c. Return address: Please contact customer service personnel.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items

Issued to original payment method

Excludes initial shipping fees (except for defective/wrong items)

Prefer an alternative set? Contact us first to check availability. We’ll guide you through:

Returning the original item

Selecting a replacement (price differences may apply)

6. Damaged/Defective Items

Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video evidence. We’ll provide:

Free return shipping label

Full refund or expedited replacement

7. International Returns

Return shipping costs and import duties are customer’s responsibility
