1. Obtain Your Master Tracking Number

First, please contact our customer support team to obtain your first-leg tracking number.

Note: This is a dedicated tracking number for shipments from China to the United States. It is different from the FedEx or UPS tracking number you will use later.

2. Identify Your Vessel

Search your first-leg tracking number on 17track. In the shipment details, find the vessel name and copy it accurately.

3. Track the Vessel’s Real-Time Location

Visit [https://www.marinetraffic.com/] and paste the vessel name into the search bar. You will see:

The vessel’s current GPS location at sea.

The vessel’s estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the port.

4. Last-Mile Delivery

Once the vessel docks and the container clears customs, your package will be handed over to FedEx or UPS for final delivery. At this point, you can use the corresponding tracking number to track your package.
