What are the differences in shipping costs and delivery lead times among the US Warehouse, EU Warehouse, and Global Warehouse?
The US Warehouse and EU Warehouse serve local customers only, offering more cost‑effective shipping rates and faster delivery times. The Global Warehouse caters to customers worldwide, with shipping fees and delivery times calculated separately for each country. Items without a specific warehouse label will be shipped from the Global Warehouse by default.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?

I have a tracking number, but why is there no update on my shipment?
If you selected Sea or Rail Freight, please note that tracking information typically remains static while the vessel is in transit. Updates will resume once the shipment arrives at the destination port and clears customs.
At that point, your package is handed over to a local carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) for “last-mile delivery,” and you will see active tracking updates until it reaches your door. What is your return policy? Can I get replacement parts?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for unopened products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened sets as they cannot be resold. Great retired set perfect build little difficult at times and the roof of the car only fits 95% but it’s on the side you can’t see it might be how I built it so might be slightly twisted.
Would recommend it to any Ghostbusters fan
Brick for brick it’s identical!! I’ve finished it and am very happy, easy to follow and I believe a well know app can also be used to help with the build 👍🏻
Packaging can be confusing and at times don’t line up with build directions. Done pieces that need to be clipped for functionality (like swivel pieces) don’t always stay together resulting in failure points. Other wise a very satisfying build. I’ve purchased two others but expectations are now set.
I got this to replace my official Lego version, which I am selling. Just finished building this. Here are my thoughts.
Pros: Completely comparable to the original Lego version. Looks just like the original in every way. The printed pieces are exactly the same, as are the minifigures. The nameplate sticker is printed in different colors, but I actually prefer it to the original version.
Cons- some tolerances are slightly off. Small round pieces such as the headlights are a very loose fit, whereas some of the technic pieces- especially on the wheels, were extremely tight. I had to use a hammer to push in the long rods at the rear wheels, and I had to slightly trim and bend the pegs going into the wheels. One of the front wheels was slightly misshaped, but it is barely noticeable. My biggest problem was with the instructions, however. I have poor eyesight, and the instructions were printed incredibly small. For my next build, I think I’ll try to use the official Lego instructions on my iPad so I can enlarge them.

Overall, this was a very good value for my money. I’ve got the ’89 Batmobile on order, and I plan to get several more.
This was my first purchase from BrickVivid. Bought this set since the “official” version was discontinued and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.
The pieces all connected well, with a few having slight bends or remaining trimming left on them, but that was easily resolved when snapped into place or picked off.
Downsides… the organization of the parts is far from straightforward. They are came clumped together into three stages, with each step in the stage needing pieces from multiple bags within each stage pack. While this isn’t a problem exactly (and worth the tradeoff for the price), it definitely presents a challenge for those less experienced with building.
Also, the “mystery figure” portrait pieces simply had a “?” on the pieces instead of any kind of image. To be expected, but still unfortunate and takes away from the aesthetic for that part of the set. Also missing a couple of the stickers indicated in the instructions.
Overall, definitely worth buying if you are looking for a more affordable option!
